Witnessing Cory's Cortege

This afternoon, after eating lunch, I found myself running with my officemates from Perea to the intersection of Ayala Ave. and Paseo de Roxas. We were part of the hopefuls who wished to witness even just the coffin of former Pres. Cory Aquino. Sobrang daming tao. And it was very overwhelming. I wasn't born yet when the EDSA Revolution took place, but I felt really proud when I saw her funeral march. It made me feel proud about my country, despite the shitty administration governing it. Haha. People were shouting "Cory" and singing "Magkaisa." I was just watching but watching gave me goosebumps.

I didn't have a decent camera with me so I just got a picture from the news.

I super want to see her remains, but I don't think I could. So I'll just offer prayers. Oh and i want to see Kris Aquino's interview. I just got home from Tagaytay when she was being interviewed, so I didn't have the energy to watch.
