Because this is a non-emo blog and because I've sworn to try to always see the positive side of things from now on, I am writing this entry.
Remember yesterday's blog about the conflict in my interview schedule and the JRP workshop? Guess what? JRP itself (yes not our office) did not allow me to go to my interview. One of the EA's called their office to ask about my request to go to DLSU at lunch time. They concluded that I wouldn't be able to make it even if I rode a cab to Taft and from Taft back to Makati. Add to that, they also said that latecomers wouldn't be allowed to go to the workshop (in my case, back to the workshop). Plus, the attendance sheet would be given to the managing partner of our firm. Wow! What is the universe telling Kate Coderes?
And so, because I am a nice person, I'd still go to the first two interviews later at 5:30 (I was allowed to leave early) for the MBA and beyond 6:00 for the JD but I wouldn't be able to go to the third one tomorrow. Hence, application process equals fail.
But then, maybe this is not really for me. Maybe I'm not supposed to ally with the green side of things. Probably, good things are in store for me come January of next year, when someone from the maroon side of things calls me for an interview because I've emerged victorious from the November 22 challenge. *fingers are super-crossed*
OBF! IKR. Hahaha. Original plans are back. I'm meant to be with my friends. That's what I really want to happen. I feel it. It's mine.
PS: The red side of things is fine too. :)
